We felt strongly that there was something for everyone in the selection you provided and also appreciated your attitude as well as your calm and efficient preparation and service!

After meeting Graham from Exquisite Catering about organising our singles club event I came away from the meeting with a lot of praise for his organisational skills. I originally entered the meeting with a lot of ideas of how I wanted the evening to go and explained that we required a relaxed party atmosphere full of fun and great entertainment and that's exactly what we achieved by amalgamating our ideas and business experience.

Smwch administration organised the printing of the invites and the publicity through local press advertising and by direct calling. I needed a company to take control of the entertainment, the catering and the serving of the drinks and allocated these jobs to Exquisite Catering. We discussed having a 'themed' evening and we decided that we would do a fun 'Casino' night. For this we organised a professional singer and piano player who would play popular melodies as well as take requests from guests. A cartoonist was on hand to chat and joke with the guests and create lightening quick sketches of guests who wished for a fun caricature. Designated areas were chosen for the casino and on entering members were given a certain amount of free chips to play with. Early, in the day, the team helped to build the card tables, roulette wheel and craps table ready for the evening. The whole place look absolutely fabulous with the glittering lights lit up - Las Vegas had come to Cardiff! The casino winnings were exchanged for raffle tickets during the evening and a buffet was organised in good time for us to have the grand finale of a DJ, lights and the well organised seats and table- arrangements were quickly set aside by staff to create the dance floor. During the end of the evening we invited a local celebrity to call out the numbers in the raffle and prizes where won.

Many thanks to all the staff for organising all the entertainment, the buffet and the serving of the drinks all through the event. The evening went extremely well and everyone complimented us on such a great night out when they were leaving. We are still getting positive feedback well after the event. So many thanks to all.
